Advanced Equipment and Production Lines, as the saying goes: “ Sharp tools make good work”. Shenglong owns twenty-one modern printing lines currently. We always reconstructing our equipment as well as introduction of advanced printing equipment to secure our facilities. We are able to service our customer with the most satisfying products. Our Manufacturing Facilities: We own two manufacturing factories, the one covers an area of 47,850 square meters and the other covers an area of 200,000 square meters.There are 10 sets of advanced high speed printing lines for decorative paper with annual production capacity more than 24,000 tons, 2 sets of advanced high speed printing lines for finish foil paper with annual production capacity more than 58,000,000m, 3 sets of impregnating lines for impregnated paper with annual production capacity more than 13,000,000 pcs, and 4 sets of advanced high speed printing lines for PVC membrane with annual production capacity more than 80,000,000m. We also have precise electric engraving plate device, advance electroplating device ,advanced ink mixing machine, high active laminate lines, and automatic layer plying-up line for PVC membrane.
