The DMS Essentials CNC Router line offers a great universal platform ideal for configurability in both 3-axis and 5-axis versions. This product line is an upgrade to the Freedom line in that it features a bigger bridge, rails and ball screw which, when combined with a heavier gauge, all-steel frame, results in a beefy machine that is rugged, durable and ideal for high production factories. The open style format allows for easy loading & unloading and the table on our 5-axis version pairs seamlessly with our quick change fixture system. Enclosed formats, ideal for dust containment, are also an option in this router line.
By providing a stand-alone operator control station with a Fagor Servo Drive System with Absolute Encoders, a more efficient machine footprint is the result. Now with the option of a traveling carousel for increased tool capacity, the system is also capable of machining pass-through parts. Ideal For The DMS 3-Axis Moving Table CNC machine features a stationary bridge design with moving single or twin tables and single or multiple spindle options. The twin table machine configuration allows pendulum processing between the tables thereby providing the ability to cut on one station while loading in the other. This robust machine is designed for the ultimate rigidity on required strokes up to 12′ long.
