The production plant of DongGuan Windeco Limited started to drive it’s first pile into soil in June 2014. It took almost 2 years to build up the 25,000 feet factory and finally in 2016, the production plant was officially put into operation. Specializing in producing high pressure laminate for interior usage, the plant is able to produce up to 2,000,000 pieces of high pressure laminate every year with it’s brand new machineries and qualified production team. Windeco aims to produce high quality laminate with more functional features, such as low VOC emission, silver nano anti-bacteria, resistances to scratch heat and wet.

HPL is usually composed of few layers of kraft paper, a single layer of decorative paper and finished with a protective layer that can have printed design accents or other decorative features. Either for residential or commercial purpose, architects and designers specify HPL for an endless range of applications from countertops, cubicles, cabinets and store fixtures to furniture post-forming applications and much more.
To ensure high quality of products, Windeco has chosen the best quality kraft papers with pure wood puip to strengthen the base to make it less fragile, our own-developed glue which have better penetration and absorption can increase the resistance to yellowing, de-layering and increase the life time of the HPL. Windeco has applied the nano silver anti-bacterial technology onto every pieces of our HPL. They are microbiologically tested and use silver ions to inhibit bacterial growth and reduce the quantity of bacteria by 99.9%, which makes it perfect for interiors that requires high levelof hygienic condition such as clinics, hospitals, schools etc.Nanotechnology is a rapidly growing science of producing and utilizing nano-sized particles that measure in nanometers (1nm=1 billionth of a meter ). One nanomaterial that is having an early impact in healthcare product is nano-silver. When in contact with bacteria and fungus, the nano silver will adversely affect cellular metabolism and inhibit cell growth, the nano silver suppresses respiration, basal metabolism of electron transfer system, and transport of substrate in the microbial cell membrane.
The nano silver inhibits multiplication and growth of those bacteria and fungi which cause infection, odor, itchiness and sores.
