The most important technical use of the Puricompact EG1 – EG2 is undoubtedly that of application on the construction of ventilated facades. The concept of ventilate facades is based upon the creation of an air chamber in movement between the coated wall and the panel that coats it. The air chamber consists of a movement of air circulation defined as the “chimney effect” (when in the presence of closed joints) or “localized ventilation” (when in the presence of opened joints). Such technology, if applied respecting determined parameters, allows for the satisfaction of various requisites for perimeter walls, surely and concretely improving the living well-being in the building respecting the most modern and severe engineering regulations currently at rule.
