TONELLI_RSM: (R)EVOLUTION PANEL: THE FUTURE OF THE HOLLOWCORE/SANDWICH PANEL, IS NOW

Italton, a new company of the Tonelli group, has created the Hollowcore/Sandwich Panel in its most innovative and modern version thanks to the conception and design of a highly automated, latest generation production process.
(R)evolution panel, the Hollowcore/Sandwich Panel produced by Italton, opens a new era because it cuts down times, costs and weights.
One of the characteristics of the Italton Hollowcore/Sandwich Panel is the strength of lightness: a light panel, thanks to the use of honeycomb inside it, but still robust and resistant because it is covered with MDF covers in various finishes and decorations. A lighter panel than the solid panel but with the same strength and greater stability and flatness. Lighter to handle, to pack, to transport and easier to handle when assembling furniture.

(R)evolution Hollowcore/Sandwich Panel also has a low environmental impact: the efficiency of the new production process combined with the reduced weight of the panels, lower consumption of wood material, lower CO2 and formaldehyde emissions make (R)evolution panel an ecological innovation. With the use of the Hollowcore/Sandwich Panel there is a drastic saving of cubic meters of wood and tree felling. Furthermore, the lower weight of the panel allows higher loading volumes with consequent savings in transport costs and lower CO2 emissions into the air.
The world of furniture will have its revolution; with (R)evolution panel you can make all the components of the piece of furniture: kitchen tops, shelves, sides, doors, bottoms but also walls, displays, billboards or all situations where lightness and strength are required. Even without inserting the strips, simple and resistant fixing systems can be used with traditionally used hardware. The panel can be supplied raw or finished with decorative papers, upon customer request.
