FEDERLEGNOARREDO: CLAUDIO FELTRIN IS THE NEW PRESIDENT

"Vision and Action" the combination for 2020-2024.
Claudio Feltrin is the new president of FederlegnoArredo, the Italian Federation representing companies in the wood-furniture sector. He was elected today by the General Assembly which confirmed the nomination vote of last September 15th.
President and CEO of Arper Spa, a Treviso-based design company that creates chairs, tables and furnishing accessories for the community, work and home, Claudio Feltrin has been a member of the Assarredo Executive Board since 2014 and in 2017 he became President. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Federlegno Arredo Eventi SpA and from today he is at the helm of FederlegnoArredo for the four-year period 2020-2024, succeeding Emanuele Orsini.

"First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all those who have supported me in this adventure which, given the historical moment we are experiencing, is anything but downhill. Aware of this - explains Feltrin - I believe that today more than ever the priority of our Federation is starting with 'Vision and action' from a concrete analysis of the needs of member companies, to act promptly and affect the choices that fall on our entrepreneurs. In this regard, I considered it appropriate together with Federmobili to send, as soon as elected, a letter to the Government and the competent ministers so that our supply chain remains operational whatever the scenario we will face in the coming days. We asked to be able to continue producing, selling, delivering and assembling our products in full compliance with the anti Covid regulations, as we have done until now. The goal is not only to safeguard our companies and their workers, but to allow one of the leading sectors for the country to produce more GDP".
