UV Painting
This company division focuses on the painting of plain panels for the furniture industry and of semi-finished parquet with “a velo” or roller finishing. The company boasts highly skilled human resources, who specialize in the varnishing industry, and manufacturing lines with great technological standards. The UV plant has been designed and installed to guarantee the best possible balance between flexibility, efficiency and quality. Armònia exclusively uses UV varnishes with high dry residuals. “Carosello” manual painting
The “Carosello” manual painting department has the precise goal to meet the many different production requirements that need customization and a special artisan-based care. Actually, thanks to the artisans manual skills the “carosello” painting division provides different varnishing procedures for specific products such as: wooden doors, plain or “rustic” panels, profiles, structures/frames, open pore/plain sheared woods and gold/silver leaf finishing.
Silk-Screen painting
It is the sector dedicated to the decorations applied on: wood, glass, plastic material, metal and expanded materials. Highly realistic effects are reproduced such as inlaid woodworks, hand-painted decorations, graphic-design effects up to the simulation of luxury materials. The silk-screen procedure is carried out by means of industrial processes fine tuned thanks to decades of experience.
