During the Made Expo fair, held in Rho-Milan, Vitap presented the latest model of the Point 2 Acoustic Series machine. The main technical data of the machine are: -N° 1 mono-block drilling heads N.55 (11x32 mm x 5) spindles with quick chuks.
-Motor power: n.2x 4 kw. -Head rotate at: 2800 rpm. -Max weight of the panel: 80 Kg. -Max panel size: X no limit, Y 1200 mm, Z 50 mm. -Min panel size: X 500 mm, Y 150 mm, Z 12 mm -Diameter of the dust extraction: 1 x ø 120 mm -Size: 215 x 1640 x 1890 mm -Weight: 950 Kg. Dedicate machines for execution of acoustic and sound absorbing panels (drilling and grooving). The machinery can also make customized head “easy to change”. Dedicated software for drilling and grooving optimization.
