High Gloss laminated panels
In PUR lamination and gluing area, Barberán will have in demonstration the Compact Line HG besides a complete Indexing Line and the Compact Line Foil.

The Compact Line HG is the most versatile Barberán compact laminator, capable of carrying out the HG transparent PET folio process and offering a surface quality superior to any other laminator, when it comes to applying decorated foils of high gloss, so widespread in the production of kitchen and bathroom furniture, eliminating any orange peel effect. High quality boards are achieved in a simple and economical process with the gluing of transparent folio or high gloss folio or matte. The application of transparent folio is ideal for melamine boards to reach a high gloss board or printed on which the print is enhanced and protected. The application of PUR hot melt glue to the board with the straightening of the glue, the laminate and the calendering, in a single machine, allow the Compact Line HG to have multiple applications.
The Compact Line HG offers a great finishes portfolio because it has been designed to use any type of decorative foil (paper, PVC, PP, etc.) and on any type of panel or door. In addition, their PUR gluing systems present some innovations that automatize and shorten production and maintenance processes. The built-in automatic grammage control system, along with the automatic cleaning system, automatic preheating or quick roller changing system in less than 5 minutes leads Barberan’s PUR glue spreaders to be the most automated machines in its market sector.
