The 2nd Hymmen Double Belt Press at Westag & Getalit in Rheda-Wiedenbrueck/ Germany.
Westag&Getalit AG, producer of woodworking- and plastics-products with its head office in Rheda-Wiedenbrück reacts on the excellent situation on the demand side with growing production capacities. Recently the company ordered its second Continuous Double Belt Press (HPL) at Hymmen Industrieanlagen GmbH, manufacturer of machines and plants from Bielefeld.
70 bar, a press-zone of 3m length and the latest press-cushion-system of Hymmen are only a few technical data of the Continuous Double Belt Press that shall be delivered between April and July 2014.
The plant is specialized in the production of high pressure CPL of different thicknesses as well as thin CPL.
Westag&Getalit decided to buy from Hymmen, because the company from Bielefeld convinced with its wide experience of about 200 Double Belt Presses sold worldwide. Furthermore Hymmen distinguishes itself by refining in the area of high pressure CPL continuously.
Due to Westag&Getalit AG the project team of Hymmen concentrated extremely well on their specific needs during the whole phase. In the Hymmen technical center in Rödinghausen the necessary tests with special pre-impregnats of Westag & Getalit could be realized. All technical and technological guidelines could be fulfilled without any deductions.
The teams of Westag&Getalit and Hymmen are looking forward tot he successful start of the new press at the headquarters of Westag in 2014.
