ULTRALAM LVL made in Russia.

Modern Lumber technology Ltd. is engaged in production of high strength laminated veneer lumber - Ultralam. The company markets reliable, cost-effective and easy-to-use material for construction of environmentally friendly and energy saving houses, agricultural and sports facilities, renewal of old housing stock, construction of attics.

Ultralam production is non-waste since all the remains are recovered in premium class pellet production. Annual capacity of pellet line is about 60 000 tons. Production at Talion Terra plant located in the town of Torzhok, Tver region began in April 2009.
Talion Terra represents an innovative and unique project aimed at upgrading of Russian woodworking industry. Talion Terra is the largest production of this kind in Europe. Annual design capacity of the plant provides for the production of 150,000 cubic meters of LVL. Ultralam production implements state-of-the-art technology continuous pressing with microwave preheating which improves bonding quality and gives new, uniform, high strength material.
Modern Lumber Technology Ltd. sustains environmental resources of Russia. Company leases 200 000 square meters of logging site certified against FSCTM requirements. Certificate Registration Code NC-COC-014124. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) acts as internationally recognized expert in the field of forest resources management.

First quarter of 2016 Modern Lumber Technology Ltd. is planning to start up OSB production plant with the annual capacity of 500.000 m3 and prefabricated houses production with the capacity of 250 houses per year.
