Our history & path to success System TM is a Danish family-owned company, established in 1977 by Poul Thøgersen. Headquartered in Odder, Denmark, the company consists of administration offices, production facilities and assembly facilities.
Over the years, System TM has gradually grown into an international company with export sales of 95%. Thus, our customer base has expanded considerably during the last forty years. We have placed great emphasis on cutting-edge technology and close customer collaboration. Consequently, we have made many customers happy as we have utilized their raw materials and human resources to the fullest. As a result, we have ensured our customers efficient productivity and lowest cost per produced item. System TM’s ability to think outside the box has played a major role in the development of customer solutions throughout the years. For that reason, we have always found a way to design production lines to accommodate customer facilities. Thus, we believe this has contributed immensely to making many worldwide customers happy and loyal to our brand. Product development By the end of the eighties, System TM expanded its product portfolio to include cross-cut saws. Currently, our product portfolio consists of Opti-Feed, Opti-Kap, Opti-stack, Opti-Joint and Opti-Solutions. However, our latest addition to our product portfolio is the vertical finger jointing machine, Opti-Joint V-8. As the name indicates, Opti-Joint V-8 provides maximum capacity, precision and jointing quality. The Opti-Stack 3000 is a mechanical high-performance stacking system, designed to stack short workpieces from 380-2,500 mm (15”–98”), at a capacity of up to 150 workpieces or 12 layers per minute by uniform lengths. Based on a standard module, the stacker has a modular design that can be customized to meet your exact requirements for the stacking of workpieces after different main machines such as moulders, double-end tenoners, cross-cut saws and resaws.
