In future, new Satos-brand sanding machines will be supplied with an electronic spare parts catalogue. Intuitive use, finding parts fast and generating lists for getting quotes or placing orders: These are the main advantages for you, our customers!
The design of our drums, perfected over many years, and the optimized manufacturing process support a reliable, low-vibration and precise sanding processes, which our customers have relied on for years. The most important machine components in a wide-belt sander are the drums! They hold and move the «sanding belt» as the tool, calibrate and finish the «wood-based panel» as the workpiece and transport the product through the machine. In early November 2016, Steinemann Technology’s entire team of service technicians gathered once again at headquarters in St. Gallen to attend the traditional Service Seminar. Twenty-seven service technicians from nine countries spent five days learning about the latest Steinemann products: In eight workshops on different topics, the participants received practical training on laboratory equipment, new machines and a number of component modules.
