REICHENBACHER GERMANY: EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE AND SYNERGY EFFECTS.

In August 1954 Dipl.-Ing. Hermann Reichenbacher founded his company with initially 6 staff members. The first products were carving and copying machines, which are still manufactured in reduced numbers. These machines made Reichenbacher known all over the world.

These products follow: multi-spindle drilling machines, copy milling machines (main market was the clog industry in the 70ies), spiral milling machines, special machines for the production of doors and kitchen furniture as well as machines for the upholstered furniture industry. Nearly 66 years' experience in mechanical engineering and around 30 years' expertise in CNC machining speaks for itself: Today, almost 4.000 CNC machines from the Hamuel Reichenbacher company network are involved in processing many different materials worldwide. The success of our innovative approach is confirmed by the large number of in-house developments and patents, as well as by the official Award of the State of Bavaria for outstanding contributions to technology. With around 330 employees, The company belongs to the SCHERDEL Group, which operates on a global basis.
The benefit from the resulting synergy effects is immense. The new and efficient VISION Premium CNC-machining center can be equipped with a wide variety of different heads and has applications in all industrial sectors. The VISION Premium offers high quality and flexible processing for both mass production and one off pieces. Stiff moulded components form the fundamental basis for exceptional production quality. A movable portal is set on top of the rigid machine bed, which ensures superior positioning accuracy. The four-stand design minimizes the influence of machining forces and its own weight on the work units.
