The Italian factory headed by Adriano Stocco is always on the move trying to keep high the Italian quality standard, constantly innovating the wood panel sector and many others. In practical terms, Instalmec ingenious mind permitted to increase the annual turnover of more than 20% in the last two years, together with the perspective of triplicating it in the next few years, thanks to new establishments and employment supplies, despite the still ongoing recession. We have already expanded our head-quarter and created a new leading-edge laboratory, where we can fully commit ourselves to fulfil our clients' needs. One of our latest and cutting-edge innovations is the wood cleaning system for recycled wood. It boasts an efficiency that cannot be compared to any other machine currently on the market. Its simple construction allows a performance of 24 hours a day with no need of personnel for regulations or net cleaning, guaranteeing in this way a constant and high level performance. A second ground-breaking innovation we developed is the waste-wood mineral cleaner. It is designed for core and surface layers of the panel and is installed after the wind sifters in the dry area of the particleboard plant. Its goal is to save up to 85% of good wood that has got discarded through cleaning, since it was mixed up with pollutants.
