EPLF overview leaflet now in seven languages: “That’s how laminate finds the appropriate underlay”
The practical overview leaflet “That’s how laminate finds the appropriate underlay” has been available since May. And now the EPLF – the Association of European Laminate Flooring Producers of Laminate Flooring (based in Bielefeld) – has made this double-sided sheet available for free download in PDF format and in a choice of seven languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish.
Brief, clearly laid out and easy to understand, the EPLF leaflet outlines the most important requirements of CEN/TS 16354 for laminate underlays. It therefore provides valuable advice not only for the field sales force of any flooring or underlay manufacturer, but also for sales staff in the retail trade. It is designed to increase confidence and safety when choosing underlay, resulting in fewer complaints and allowing users to enjoy their laminate flooring for longer.
Through this information service on the subject of suitable laminate underlays, the EPLF wishes to create awareness that the laminate boards, the underlay and the subfloor should be viewed as a complete system. The subfloor plays an important role here in protecting the entire system. The information given in the overview leaflet is intended to make a laminate flooring system safer, better and easier to handle.
