STILLEMANS is a family owned company managed by the third generation on behalf of Mrs. Cathérine Stillemans.
STILLEMANS N.V. was founded by Mr. Joseph STILLEMANS who actually established a workshop in Brussels back in 1928 starting with the production of lead profiles for the local market being mainly used for the manufacturing of stained glass for Churches all over Belgium and for lead lights that were a regular architectural feature in many private houses and cottons at that time. The second generation on behalf of Mr. Pierre Stillemans joined the family business early fifties and developed a whole range of wooden metal wrapped profiles before launching the extrusion and injection of thermoplastic profiles and accessories which still today remains the main core business. Also – at that time – it was decided to build a new factory located on an industrial site which was extended on a yearly base. Ever since various innovative production techniques enabled us to develop a wide and huge product range as to meet the continuous international market demand. As today the standard range consists of over 5000 standard items which all are listed within our vast catalogue. Apart from this we are of course developing new products on a weekly base either created by our specialized team or together in cooperation with our customers. Currently a team of 20 employees and 65 workers carry on the spirit of this adventure started in 1928; full of energy as to face the challenges of the future with sweat and glory.
