HOMAG- OPEN HOUSE IN ITALY: CNC PROCESSSING CENTER VENTURE 115L
During the Open House Homag Italia, which took place in the past few days, we photographed the Week Ventura 115L machine that we describe here:
CNC processing center – Freestyle technology with 3-, 4- and 5-axis Solutions. The standard Equipment are: - Basic machine in solid sliding gantry form - High-speed drilling gears, 7,500 rpm incl. quick-change drill system - DRIVE 5CS 12 kW tool change spindle -14 tool change slots at the rear - 7 tool change slots at the side, incl. tool transfer slot - 2 rows of stops and LED positioning system - Free-standing installation and all-round access - Operation convenience package with functional area scanner - Bumper safety technology - 350 mm saw blade - Service board. The most important standard size are: Workpiece length X 3,100 mm Largest passable workpiece in Y 1,600 mm Max. workpiece thickness 160 mm Largest passable workpiece in Z 260 mm Max. drill position in Y 1,550 mm Max trimming dimension in Y (Ø 25 mm) 1,400 mm.
