Pietro Stroppa, profound expert of raw materials, technologies and applications’ market for materials used in the production of panels, furniture, components and manufactured goods in general, started working in the sector in 1965.
During his first 18 years in the industry, he was deeply involved in a technical-commercial activity, reaching important goals, including the position of Commercial Director with Power of Attorney for an important manufacturer of panels.
He attended the Cattolica University in Milan and in 1975 took part in a seminar organised by the SDA - Scuola di Direzione Aziendale (School of Company Management) within the Bocconi University, on Strategic Marketing, where he was able to acquire an in-depth knowledge on the subject.
For over 20 years he has been involved in research and studies of different areas of the sector, both at industry and retail levels, all over the world. He has written and published various books on the industry and has been a marketing consultant for many years.
