high-speed fiberboard production line from
Metso
Panelboard for their mill in Karnchanaburi,
Thailand. The new line is scheduled for
start-up in

The
high-speed line includes a fiber-preparation
system with a P62 Defibrator™, single-stage
dryingfollowed by double Z-Sifters™, a
Uniformer II™ forming station and a
pre-press. The new line will
also be equipped with a 28-meter-long
continuous Metso Contipress™ with HighFlex
inlet and
complete press outfeed equipment.
The new MDF line is primarily designed to
produce thin MDF, ranging from 2 to 8 mm.
The line will
be built at Advance Fiber's site in Tamaka,
located in the Karnchanaburi Province,
Thailand.
