Practical World Asia closed the 13th October 2005, after three days at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. In combination with the China International Hardware Show (CIHS) it is the most significant sector event covering the areas "Tools", "Security, Locks and Fittings", "Home Improvement/DIY" and "Gardening" in the Asian region. In space of 58,000 square metres, a total of 1,500 companies used the two fairs as an outstanding presentation and business platform, which was visited by 33.000 visitors from 69 countries. Of these, 120 companies from 15 countries with an internationality of over 90 percent exhibited in the PRACTICAL WORLD ASIA segment.  opportunity.
