UK Trade & Investment (www.uktradeinvest.gov.uk), the British government agency responsible for promoting foreign investment in the United Kingdom, will hold a seminar in Milan on 28 November 2005 to promote UK industrial design to Italian companies, and to showcase the investment opportunities. In 2003 the UK design industry generated a commercial revenue of $12 billion, of which $1 bn came from abroad.
