The major part of the second
day is devoted to a thorough
presentation and discussion
of the Strategic Research
Agenda of the FTP before it
is finally launched by the
end of the year.
The
audience includes
representatives of European
and national authorities;
research funding bodies;
forest owners; forest
industries; allied
industries and suppliers to
the sector; and of course
the research community.
Research groupings and
committees active within the
sector are encouraged to
organize their own meetings
in connection with the
forum. The local organizers
can assist with localities.
