During the period 14-17 of March, 2006 the company M–EXPO ( М - ЭКСПО ) together with the Federal agency of construction and housing and communal services , State Centre of Scientific Investigation and Experiments Institution of Construction ( ЦНИИСК ) named after Kucherenko, the Inter-regional association of manufacturers of glued wooden constructions , the Association of manufacturers and consumers of glued wooden constructions with the support of the Russian Union of builders and the Complex of architecture, construction, development and reconstruction of Moscow carry out the international exhibition of wood in construction and architecture WOODBUILD ' 2006.
The subjects of the exhibition cover all complex of questions starting with timber cutting to manufacturing and application of materials and wood-based constructions: harvesting/logging and timber/wood using equipment, materials and building components, wood in the Russian and foreign architecture, means of wood protection, interiors, the equipment for manufacture and transportation of wooden building products and constructions, technical requirements and certification of production.
The timber industry enterprises, the engineering plants, the manufacturers of wooden constructions, the manufacturers of woodworking equipment, the tools and means of protection of wooden constructions, the suppliers of materials and componentry take part in the exhibition.
Being the kind of the professional consultation center, "WOODBUILD" unites on one exhibition area practically all Russian and foreign experts of the branch. One of the conclusive advantages of the exhibition "WOODBUILD" is the demonstration of the technological process of woodworking from timber cutting up to complete products.
In the program of the exhibition there are scientific - practical conferences, seminars and «round tables» on questions of updating of production capacity of woodworking enterprises, manufacturing and application of perspective glued wooden constructions in building, including, large-span buildings and constructions, leasing, investments into the timber industry.
