Royal Star Wood Products, has now been officially formed. Stig Nordin, formerly CEO of Korsnäs and Kinnevik, among other companies, has been appointed Chairman, and Anders Nilsson,formerly CEO of AssiDomän Timber, has been appointed CEO of the new
company. Royal Star Wood Products will have an estimated sales turnover
of around SEK 5,000 million and its registered office will be in
Stockholm.
Parent company of the new Group is Mellanskog Industri AB, that has changed its name to Royal Star Wood Products.
